BELDEN – Pamela Diane Crowell, 36, died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2007, at her home in the Dogwood Hills community after a long illness. She was born June 24, 1971, in Mt. Clemens, Mich. She lived in the Tupelo area for the past 27 years. She was a 1990 graduate of Tupelo High School. She received her associate of arts degree in child care management from Itawamba Community College. She was a member of Good News Church. In recent years she helped care for her ailing parents until her own health failed. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, swimming, playing piano, all animals and working with her hands. She was a beloved aunt who enjoyed taking her nieces and nephew to the movies and doing other kid stuff.

A memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Tupelo Chapel of Holland-Harris Funeral Directors with Bro. Cecil Pumphrey and Bro. Ed Vitagliano officiating.

Survivors include her parents, Ray V. and Sally Ann Dalton Crowell of Belden; two sisters, Barbara Ellen Hann (John) and Laura Ann Nicholson (Bubba), both of Belden; two nieces, Ginger Ann and Amber Nicholson, and one nephew, James Harrison Hann, all of Belden; special friends, John and Sherry Bradley of Belden; 10 aunts, nine uncles, a host of cousins.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Christian Motorcycle Group.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to service time Thursday.
