Steven Earl Huff, 59, of West Terre Haute, passed away and went to be with the Lord at 12:35 a.m. Monday, June 8, 2015, in his home after a short battle with cancer. He retired as a laborer from the Laborers International Union Local 204 in Terre Haute. He was born Sept. 28, 1955, in Sullivan to Robert Huff and Naomi McMahan Huff.
Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Judy Rose Campbell Huff; a son, Chad Lewis and wife Christina; a daughter, Carmen Huff; six grandchildren, Samantha, Sabrina, Payton, Gage, Sarah, and Sadie; a great-grandchild, Steven; brother, Larry Huff and wife Donna; two sisters, Roberta Smith and husband Virgil, and Loretta Scott; father-in-law, Clifford Campbell; sister-in-law, Rosetta Reely; and several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Rita Huff.
Steve was a avid golfer and a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Funeral services for Steve will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, with Pastor Michael Higgings officiating. Burial will be in Bethesda Memorial Park. Visitation will be 11 a.m. until service time Wednesday.
