Victoria -- Adam U. Sander, 68, died Saturday, Sept. 11 at his farm northeast of Victoria.
He was born Jan. 17, 1914 the son of Ulrich and Anna Rome Sander.
He was a retired county employee and a farmer. He was a member of St. Fidelis Catholic Church.
He married Leona Wasinger on Aug. 27, 1946 at Emmeram.
Survivors include his wife, Leona, of the home; three sons, Deloyd, Hays, David, Victoria, and Dale, of the home; one daughter, Delilah Green, Victoria; one brother, Alvin, Victoria; five sisters, Lidwina Weigel and Geramine Berens, both of Russell, and Celestinea Windholz, Josephine Sander and Anna Sander, all of Victoria; one nephew, Leroy Sander, of the home; five grandchildren.
Services were at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14 at St. Fidelis Catholic Church; burial was in the St. Fidelis Cemetery.
