Darlene S. Simpson Bryan, 56 of Friendship, Tennessee died on Friday, June 5, 2015, at her residence in Friendship, Tennessee.
She will always be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.
Born Thursday, September 18, 1958 in Flint, Michigan, she was an employee of Crockett County High School, a former employee of First Citizens National Bank and member of Finley Baptist Church.
Funeral services for Ms. Bryan will be 2:00 PM, Monday, June 8, 2015 in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home with Rev. Jeanette Connell officiating. Interment will follow in Rehoboth Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 6:00 PM-9:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
The love of her life, Joe "Pat" Bryan preceded her in death on February 27, 2008.
She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Stephanie Bryan Nicholas (Robert) of Alamo Tennessee and Jessie Bryan Foster (Jason) of Friendship, Tennessee; her mother, Ladie Margrett Belew Simpson of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one sister, Brenda Alvoid (Bobby) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; four brothers, Jessie Frank Simpson, Jr. (Leah) of Grand Blanc, Michigan, Jack Simpson of Michigan, Larry Simpson (Cindy) of Halls, Tennessee and Steven Simpson (Lori) of Newbern, Tennessee and five grandchildren, Brian Jackson, Tristan Jackson, Lanie Jackson, Destiny Foster and Joshua Lane Foster.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe "Pat" Bryan, her father, Jessie Frank Simpson, Sr., and two brothers, Terry Simpson and Bobby Glenn Simpson.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
