Marksville, La., Nov. 11-Adolphe Frank, well known to the traveling public in ante-bellum days, and for some years later as the proprietor of Frank's Hotel, is dead at the home of his son, Émile Frank, at the advanced age of 91 years and 11 days. He was a German by birth and an old resident of this place, having lived here since the year 1836. He leaves a large number of descendants.

Consequently there is a discrepancy between the age given in the burial register and in the newspaper. According to the newspaper, the calculated date of birth would be October 30, 1808 and, according to the church burial register, it would be October 30, 1810.
NOTE: I chose the sacramental record for the birth date>
