Thomas Bass, Galt, Passes at Burson
Thomas Bass, an 84-year-old Galt resident, died yesterday afternoon in Burson, while visiting a daughter, Mrs. Susie Bolding. He had been ill for several months.
A Mississippi native, the retired farmer moved to Galt some eight years ago. His widow, Hattie Bass, is presently staying in Burson.
In addition to Mrs Bolding, he was the father of Mrs. Inez Patton, Galt; Mrs. Hattie Mae Best, Laytonville; and Raymond Bass, Chico. He also leaves 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
