Dec 7, 1944 - June 6, 2015 Jud Lambard, a native of Gainestown, AL and a resident of Mobile, AL for 60 years passed away on June 6, 2015 at the age of 70. He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard E. (Dick) Lambard, Sr. and Barbara White Lambard; and his daughter, Jennifer Claire Lambard Bailey. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Janet Ada Lees Lambard; one son, Judson W. (Brenda) Lambard, Jr.; son-in-law, Joseph W. Bailey; seven grandchildren, Trey, Morgan and Jordan Lambard and Micah, Naomi, Rachael and Sarah Bailey. He is also survived by two brothers, Richard E. (Maxine) Lambard, Jr. and Thomas G. Lambard, Sr.; and one sister, Mary Lambard (Leo) Hager, Jr.; many nieces and nephews; as well as many other family members and friends. Jud attended Providence Presbyterian Church and served as a founding Elder. He graduated from Baker High School, Mobile, AL in 1962; was a U. S. Air Force veteran; and graduated from Southwest State Technical School of Refrigeration, Mobile, AL. He was a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers, Inc. and Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Union Local 119. Visitation will be held at Lathan Funeral Home, Jackson, AL from 6 until 8 pm on Monday, June 8, 2015. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at 10 am at the Gainestown United Methodist Church, Gainestown, AL followed by interment at the Lambard Family Cemetery, Gainestown, AL. Active pallbearers, Charles W. Lambard, Judson W. Lambard, III, Thomas G. Lambard, Jr., Dwayne McDonald, Jimmy A. Papis, Jr. and Tommy Silvers. Honorary pallbearers, Dennis Carroll, James Dickson, Robert L. Doyle, Kenny Weiss and Demar Wilkinson.
