JOHN H. HERRELL
John H. Herrell, 63, died at 5:40 o'clock Tuesday morning at his home in Miami of a complication of disorders. He was born in Miami county in 1883, the son of William J. and Mary C. Herrell.
He was married April 25, 1908 to Miss Laura Sigler who survives. Of five children born to them, three survive, Everett and Cecil and Mrs. Ruth Harris. Twin son, John Lester and Danny Chester, died in 1909.
He leaves also six brothers, Noah Herrell of Fort Wayne, Merle and Marvin of Miami, Harry, Loyd and Floyd of Rochester and a sister, Mrs. Hattie Quinn of Miami. Another sister, Mrs. Della Coulter, is deceased. There are seven grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the Wesleyan Methodist church of Miami with the Rev. Mr. Smalley officiating. Burial will be in the Miami cemetery.
