Survived by three children: Sallie Sprague of Longmont, Colorado, Lucy Frederiksen and her husband Andrew of Wenham, and Howard B. Sprague III and his wife Kristin of Bristol, Rhode Island;
Also survived by 4 grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
