ROSS, Cecil age 78, of Franklin, OH; died Wednesday November 4, 2009 at Kettering Hospital. Cecil was born Williamsburg, KY on July 9, 1931 to Willard and Josie Ross. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the U.S. Army and retired from Delco Moraine following 30 years of service. Cecil is survived by his wife of 57 years Margie L. Ross; 2 sons Donnie Ray Ross and Ancil Victor Ross; a daughter Tina Watkins; 5 grandchildren Steve, Jason, Jessica, Angela, and Alan; 3 great grandchildren Ashley, Samantha, and Kaiden; a sister Gladys Pruitt. Funeral; services are Tuesday November 10, 2009 at 10am at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH with Rev. Ron Inman officiating. Entombment will be in Heritage Hills Cemetery.
