ANDREA JEWELL RUSSELL, 95, of Memphis, homemaker, died of heart failure Tuesday at Saint Francis Hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Forest Hill Funeral Home Midtown with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery Midtown. She was a member of St. Stephen's United Methodist Church. Mrs. Russell, the widow of Samuel Joseph Russell, leaves a daughter, Dorothy Russell Cohen of Memphis; three sons, Robert C. Russell of Memphis, Allen E. Russell of Atwater, Calif., and John P.
