Arlene Thelma Mott Webster, age 81, of Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of Pendleton County, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2015, at Twin Towers Retirement Community, in Cincinnati. She was born in Cincinnati on December 11, 1933, the daughter of the late Glenn and Marabelle Carpenter Mott. Arlene worked as an executive secretary in the 1960s for American Sound and in the 1970s for American Sign Company. She and her husband, John, moved to Jacksonville, Florida, in the 1970s to manage a hotel before retiring and moving back to Kentucky in the 1980s. Arlene enjoyed sewing, crocheting and baking.

In addition to her parents, Arlene is preceded in death by her husband, John Franklin Webster. Survivors include: a daughter, Diana (Michael) Webster Dalton; three grandchildren, Michael Lee Dalton, Jr., Christi Lynne Saylor and John Anthony Dalton; 10 great-grandchildren, Jacob Dalton, Christian Dalton, Matthew Dalton, Waylon Dalton, Isaac Dalton, Wyatt Dalton, Katie Dalton, Dylan Scates, Trenton Saylor and Felicia Embry; and a great-great-granddaughter, Emma Broughton.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Peoples Funeral Home, in Butler. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m., also at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow at Butler Cemetery.
