Rev. Lloyd John King, age 84 of McColl, South Carolina passed to his Heavenly home on Friday, June 05, 2015.

Funeral services will be at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 7th in the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel officiated by Rev. Kenneth Blease and Rev. Michael Edds. Burial will follow in Hillside Memorial Park.

He was born March 12, 1931 in Frazee, Minnesota, a loving son to the late Leroy and Lillian Collins King. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and a true servant in his work for the Lord. He was a devoted Pastor in the Pentecostal Holiness Faith and the former owner of King's Tire Service. He was a faithful and loving husband, father and grandfather that will truly be missed.

He is preceded in death by granddaughter, Laura Ann King; grandson, William Donald Newton; and siblings, Bill King, Earl King, Lesley King, Monroe King, Gerald King, Joyce Cole, June Elgin and James Earl King.
Rev. King leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of nearly 63 years, Mary Louise Mangum King of the home; sons, John Wayne King of McColl, SC, Timothy Lloyd King of Atlanta, GA; his daughter, Linda Lou King of McColl, SC; sisters, Virginia Bitterman and Shirley Nelson; three grandchildren, John "Wayne" King, Jr., and wife Niki, Andrew Preston King, Mary Angela Newton-Shy; four great grandchildren, and four special faithful and loving friends, Carlos Carlderon, Charlie Duff, John Dunn, Sara Beam, and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 3 until 4:00 p.m. prior to the service on Sunday at Richard Boles Funeral Service.
