On June 9, 2013 our beloved mother Maureen (Brislin) Skinner "MoMo", 75 passed away peacefully at her home. She is predeceased by her husband James J. Skinner and her parents Eugene and Catherine Brislin. She is survived by her five children; James (Karen) Skinner, Michael (Amy) Skinner, Rosemary (Tyson) Bowgren, Colleen (Patrick) Reilly, and Robert (Jennifer) Skinner; her beloved grandchildren; John and Michael Reilly, Joshua and Jeremiah Bowgren, Ryan and Camryn Skinner, Abigail, Kaden and Alex Skinner; brother and sister-in-law Gerald and RoseMarie Brislin; brother-in-law Bro. Bob Skinner, C.S.S.R; and dear friend from childhood MaryLouise Campos; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a proud and long time East Sider, a graduate of North High and enjoyed celebrating her Irish heritage. She loved reading books, Jeopardy, cooking for her family and was an avid NY Yankees Fan. She loved her grandchildren immensely; they were her pride and joy. A Funeral Mass will be held 9:30 a.m. on Thursday at St. Paul's Church in Binghamton. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the THOMAS J. SHEA FUNERAL HOME, INC. 137 Robinson St. Binghamton. Memorial donations can be made to the in Maureen's memory. She will be forever in our hearts.
