Tina, 49, passed away at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center after an accident at her home in Shelley. Born to Ronald Gene and Enid Ellis Frame, she grew up in Menan and attended Rigby High School, then graduated from Skyline High School. On July 2, 1999, she married Kenneth Ray Thurman Jr. in Las Vegas, NV. They made their home in Shelley, where Tina was a self-employed horse trainer and the facility manager at Intermountain Racing. She was also a counselor, coach, and 4-H Leader. Tina loved horses and horsemanship, especially helping others improve their skills. She remained lifelong friends with young people she taught and mentored. Tina enjoyed her dogs and her family, especially her sons. She was a member of Idaho Reining Horse Association and National Rodeo Horse Association. She served as Jefferson County Stampede Jr. Queen, and earned many awards, titles, and awards for her horsemanship. Survivors beside her loving husband of 16 years included: sons Dillon Bruce Randall and Zachary Tyrell Randall; stepsons Nick Thurman and Allen Thurman; grandchildren Payton Randall, Zeke Randall, and Accia Randall; parents Ronald Gene (Ellie) Frame of Rigby and Enid Ellis Sessions of Shelley; and brother Frosty William (Andrea) Frame of Rigby. Preceding were her grandfather F. L. "Frosty" Frame, her grandparents William S. & Alice J. Ellis, and her uncle Ted Furniss. Services held June 10 at Wood Funeral Home East, 963 S. Ammon Rd.
