CHRISTENSEN, Jarley (Chris) Hants June 30, 1905 - July 18, 2006 It is with sorrow but also peace that his family announces the passing of a special man, who passed peacefully in his sleep. Jarley is survived by daughters Lois (Gratton), Ellen (Nelson), Joan (Wasyliw), Christine (Oness); one son Ron and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchidren and great-great-grandchildren and a multitude of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his first wife Irene and his second wife Helen; son Vernon and daughters Betty (Baker) and Beatrice (Ford). A Celebration of his life will take place at McClure United Church on Saturday, July 22, 2006 at 1:00 p.m., 13708 - 74 Street, Edmonton, Alberta. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cross Cancer Institute, 11560 University Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T8G 1Z2 or the charity of their choice.
