Cella Young Brownstown Cella Young, 79, formerly of Medora, died at 12:22 p.m. Thursday at Hoosier Christian Village here. He had been ill 2 ½ years. A retired laborer, he was a member of Hilltop Pentecostal Church. Funeral service will be conducted by the Rev. Albert Skaggs at 10 a.m. Saturday at Spurgeon Funeral Home where persons may call after 4 p.m. today. Burial will be at Clearspring Cemetery. Young was born May 17, 1901, at Somerset, Ky., to Robert L. and Elona Tarter Young. He married Odessa Miller Feb. 14, 1925, at Russell Springs, Ky., and she survives. Also surviving are one son, Robert Young of Norman route 1; two daughters, Mrs. Melvin Barnes of Medora and Mrs. Harold Hunter of Heltonville; two brothers, Gilmore Young of Hobart and Willy Young of Norman route 1; two sisters, Alta Young of Somerset, Ky., and Lee Etta Hall of Homosassa, Fla., 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
