In loving memory of Robert Goodloe Saunders II, 10 September 1938 to 3 June 2015. Goodloe served honorably and with distinction in the U.S. Airforce for 24 years. He earned the bronze star during the Vietnam War. Other awards earned were: meritorious service metal, Airforce commendation, short and long tour ribbons, Vietnam service and campaign metals, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross, and expert marksmanship ribbon (even though he only killed one deer and one turkey in all his years of hunting).
