Jerry Loy Ware, a resident of Henryetta, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2015 in Henryetta, OK at the age of 67. He was born April 6, 1948 in Weleetka, OK to Elvin O. Ware & Myrtle Woods Ware. He served the United States during the Vietnam War in the US Army. He was preceded in death by his father, E.O. Ware, sister, June Justis, and brother, Elvin Ware, Jr. Funeral Services are scheduled for Friday, June 5, 2015 at 11:00am at Integrity Chapel (410 East. Trudgeon St.) with Rev. James Page, officiating. Interment will follow at Dustin Cemetery under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
