John Thomas Hensey, 88, of R. R. 2, New Berlin, died Friday at St. John's Hospital. He is survived by two sons, John, of Springfield and James, of Rockford, one daughter, Gladys Hensey, at home, one grandchild and one great-grandchild, two brothers, Charles, of Springfield and William, of Hollywood, Calif.
He was a member of the Methodist Church, board of supervisors and highway commissioner for 16 years.
Remains are at the McCullough Funeral Home where services will be held Monday and burial will be in Woodwreath Cemetery.
