Annette Sue Stevens, 66, passed away the evening of Friday, May 29, 2015. Graveside service: 2 p.m. Wednesday in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Olivet. Annette was born Dec. 15, 1948, in the town of Hidalgo. She was a member at Moose Lodge in Haltom City, where she held the title as Youth Educational Committee coordinator. She was a longtime volunteer with Meals on Wheels. Her favorite hobbies included lawn care, where she won Yard of the Month, and driving around her bright yellow Thunderbird with style. Annette was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Stevens; and granddaughter, Chase Long. Survivors: Her loyal companion, Top Cat Morgan; brothers, Andy Davis, Donald Davis; kids, Andrea Long, Chris and wife, Jimmie, and their children, Stori and Jessie; stepkids, David, Chance, Sherry and Eddie; and numerous nieces and nephews.
