Willa June Moore of Westport Point died peacefully April 1, 2015 at her home. June was born March 31, 1929 in Quebec City, Quebec Canada, the eldest daughter of Willa Blanche (Price) Glassco and John Grant Glassco. June and her husband Ted married in 1951 and lived in Denver CO where they raised their five children. Every summer was spent visiting family on the Glassco farm outside Toronto or in Westport Point where they moved year-round in 1969. June was active in real estate getting her start with George Brenner and later working with Doris Matthews and Cathy Katzenbach realtors. June was a spark of love for everyone she encountered and was always there for her family and friends. She loved music and playing the piano.

June is survived by her husband Theodore John Moore, Jr., and her children Priscilla Gay Gillespie (Westport), Catherine M. Pomeroy and her husband Theodore Pomeroy (Denver), John Grant Moore and his wife Debra Moore (Westport), Peter S. Moore (Manchester, NH), and Gregory R. Moore and his wife Hollis Moore (Bellevue, WA); eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

A celebration service to which family and friends are invited will be Saturday May 2, 2015, 2:00 pm at the Westport Point United Methodist Church, 1912 Main Rd.
