Mickey V. Johnson, age 62 of Minter, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2015.
Services will be held at 3:00PM on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Minter Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Kenny Rowland and Rev. Curt Poole will officiate. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.
Mr. Johnson was a graduate of East Laurens High School. He worked with SCM Sack Company as a sheet metal superintendent and was a member of East Dublin Dayspring Worship Center. He was a family man and hard worker who loved cooking, watching western movies, and NASCAR. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Bernice Johnson; brother, Ellis Johnson; grandchild, Brayzen Johnson and niece, Angi Johnson.
