Timothy graduated from Franklin High School class of 1985 and served in the U.S. Army in the Gulf War as a cannon crew member. He was employed with USUI Manufacturing for 7 years.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Deborah Brelsford, aunt, Patty Barlow, cousin, Tomarrow Ward. Timothy is survived by his son, T. J. Mullins; grandmother, Betty Baldwin; three brothers, Marshal (Denise) Mullins, Mark (Teresa) Angel, Billy (Angie) Brelsford; sister, Debbie (Jason) Fields; many nieces and cousins, and his dogs.
