Sue Ellen Edwards, age 86, died at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston on Monday, June 1, 2015.

Born April 26, 1929 in Sikeston, Missouri to the late John and Vida Bess Webber, she was an office manager and co-owner of Sikeston Monument Company and had been a volunteer at Missouri Delta Medical Center for many years.

On May 13, 1948 she married William Howard Edwards. He preceded her in death on May 12, 2002.

She is survived by one son, Webb Edwards and his wife Deborah of Branson, Missouri; one daughter, Karen Sue Jones and her husband Gary of Farmington, Missouri; four grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 3, from 1:00 p.m. until time of services at 2:00 p.m. at the Ponder Funeral Home with Rev. Glen Cantrell, officiating.

Interment will follow in the Sikeston City Cemetery.
