Kelly Bloodworth of Artesia, N.M. was pronounced dead at 1:50 p.m. Friday by Andrews County Justice of the Peace G.A. Ragsdale, the spokeswoman said.
According to reports about 12:45 p.m., a 1965 International truck driven by Bloodworth east on Texas 176 was struck on the left side by a northbound 1980 Peterbuilt truck tractor driven by Doyle Brown, Box 6194 in Odessa, the spokeswoman said.
Brown was treated and released from Permian General Hospital in Andrews, the spokeswoman said.
