He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Fairfield, CA., he was also the 25th Master of the Masonic Lodge #942 of Fairdale, KY. Billy Ray retired from Chevron after 28 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Milburn, Alex, Buford and Raymond; and sister, Shirley Riley.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 56 years, Patricia Mason Riley; sisters, Joy Shadburne and Vivian Just (Herb); brother, Harry Riley (Betty); and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday at 10am. Visitation will be Monday from 12pm-8pm with a Masonic service at 7pm, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
