Lori was born August 8, 1975 in Amarillo to Linda and Fred Rangel. She was a 1993 graduate of Palo Duro High School and went on to earn degrees from Bauder University and Brooks University.

She married Anthony Martinez in Amarillo on October 18, 1996.

She was a member of Victory Church for 13 years. She was a very outgoing person who loved people. She loved her family and the Lord very much.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Pete and Angelita Rangel and George and Lorene Barnard.

She is survived by her husband, Anthony; her children, Christopher Garcia, Tiffany Cervantez, Madison Rangel and Anthony Garcia; 6 grandchildren; her mother, Linda Rangel; and her father Fred Rangel and wife Jennette; and by her siblings, Randy and Ronny Rangel, Liz McDonald and Rhonda Wilson.
