Joshua Powell, 35, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at his home in Michigan
City.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28 from 4-7 p.m. and Friday, May 29 from 9-
11 a.m. at Root Funeral Home in Michigan City. Funeral services will be held on May 29
at 11 a.m. at Root Funeral Home with Deacon Roger Cooper officiating.
Joshua was born February 23, 1980 in Michigan City to Gary Powell and Tami
Przybylski who are surviving.
Also surviving are children BreAnne Renae and Christopher Adam; sisters Amie (Fred)
Orth and Samantha Orth; brothers Paul (Megan) Powell and Brian Powell; grandmother
Anna Powell; grandfather Thomas Peugh; nephews Luke, Alex, Troy,
Anthony, Jacob and Gabriel; and special cousin Misty Sharp.
He is preceded by his grandmother Nancy Peugh; grandfather CP Powell; and aunts
Betty Moore and Dorothy England.
Joshua worked for Friedrich's Heating and Cooling. He enjoyed spending time with his
children and family and will be missed by all who knew him.
