Arnie Lee Bost, 92, 227-4th SW, a loving and devoted mother, died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2000, at her home.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with the Rev. Othoe Stegall officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Bost was born July 8, 1908, in Anna to Mark and Rosa Titsworth Meuir.
She married Arthur Robert Bost Jr. Nov. 22, 1931, in Hugo, Okla. He preceded her in death Sept. 15, 1959.
She graduated from Princeton High School and worked at Camp Maxey during World War II. She was a homemaker and ordained minister with the Assembly of God Church and had attended the Church of God the last several years.
Surviving are two daughters, Melba Barner of Deport and Sharon Seals of Paris; three sons, Howard Bost and wife Linda of Sumner, Billy Bost and wife Susie of Broadway, and Clyde Bost of Paris; one brother, Roy Meuir of Paris; one sister, Verdie Allen of Lexington, Ky.; a daughter-in-law, Bobbie Bost of Paris; 15 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Bost Sr., a daughter, Norma Jean Shields; a sister, Ural Cope; and two brothers, Mansel and Bill Meuir.
