Carla passed away at her home. She was only 44 years old. She lived in Madera all of her life. She was a stay at home housewife. Carla is survived by her husband of 22 years Jeffery Wayne Starks and his parents Robert and Joyce Houge; her two sons, Jeremy Grant Casteel and Glenn Wade Casteel; her sister Diana Pair and her husband George Pair.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 4, 2004 at 10:00 am at Arbor Vitae Cemetery.
