Lori Blastic Marshall, age 47, passed away on May 20, 2015. Lori was born on September 9, 1967 to Rod and Karen Henderson and grew up the oldest of three girls. She graduated from Lorain High in 1985 and went on to attend the University of Akron earning her Bachelor's in Nursing in 1989.
Lori moved to St. Petersburg, FL and began a career that spanned 20 years at All Children's Hospital. She held many positions as a nurse, beginning as a Bachelor's prepared staff nurse and ending as a Master's prepared nurse in the education department. . Lori pursued many interests throughout her life. She was a talented artist sharing her gifts with many. Lori loved the outdoors, the beach, scuba diving, helping others and her family. Most recently, Lori resided in New York City.
Lori is survived by her husband, Bill Marshall of New York City, daughter Alyssa Blastic of Palmetto, FL, parents Rod & Karen Henderson of Lorain, Oh and St. Petersburg, FL and siblings Lisa Rek and family of Pinellas Park, FL and Lynn Meyers and family of Frisco, TX. She is predeceased by both sets of grandparents.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 29, 2015 at South Lawn Cemetery in Coshocton, Ohio.
