Helen Plaag Partridge

Helen Plaag Partridge, 94, went home to God on Sept. 14, 2003. Born Oct. 22, 1908, in Henderson, Texas, she was
a resident of Houston for 50 years. Since 1980, she lived
in Galveston and Jamaica Beach.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Cullen Green Bellamy; her first husband, J.T. Plaag; and her second husband, Harold Partridge, Sr.

Helen is survived by her son, Cullen Plaag and wife, Lindol; her grandson, James Plaag and wife, Carol; her
most beloved great-grandson, Cameron Plaag; and her niece, Jodie Plaag- Gatton. In addition, "Little

Mama" had a whole world of friends she cared for dearly.
Helen was a self-educated woman who operated a real estate brokerage and development company with her husband J.T. in Houston for many years. She was also active in the Houston- Galveston Diocese of the Catholic Church serving with the Catholic Daughters, Altar Society and many other organizations.

Helen moved to Galveston and served on the Jamaica Beach City Council and other civic groups. With a Life this full, Helen always had time for a friend in need or a job that had to be done. She will be missed by many.

The family gives a special thanks to Hearthstone Assisted Living and AMED Hospice for their, assistance during this time.

The family will receive visitors from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2003, at Malloy & Son Funeral Home. A rosary will be held at 7p.m. Funeral service will be llp.m., Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2003, at Malloy & Son
Funeral Home with Father Bill Bartniski officiating.

A private family graveside service will be held after the funeral at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be John Whitehead, Wayne Owen, Allen Hundley, Eddie Perez, Marshall Gatton, and Harold Partridge, Jr.

"In" lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be
sent to AMED Hospice.
