Mary Anne (Richmond) Siegel, aged 80 of Midland, died Saturday morning December 1, 2012 at her residence. The daughter of the late Bethel and Lucile (Harris) Richmond was born in Coleman on April 30, 1932. She enjoyed playing bingo, going to the casino, reading, card games, collecting animal figurines and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Surviving is her husband of 53 years Walter Siegel, Jr. of whom she married on December 22 1958; her children, Walter "Ike" Siegel, Bethel "Buzz" (Lillian) Siegel, all of Sanford, Mary Siegel, Colleen (Gregg) Umbarger all of Grand Rapids, Kim Siegel, Jim Siegel both of Sanford, Teri (Jackson) Chia of Midland; 20 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren; sister Judy (George) McCann of Midland; many nieces and nephews. In addition of her parents, Mary Anne was preceded in death by brothers, Morgan, Bill, Donald, George, Bethel and Albert Richmond; sisters Pauline Card and Nancy Waite.
