Paulette Cooper
March 20, 1943 - May 24, 2015

Paulette was born on March 20, 1943 in Glendale California to Charlene Bolin Mise and Melvin Mise, Jr. She was a registered nurse for 26 years. She attended schools in Plainview and both Texas Tech and Amarillo College where she graduated from nursing school on May 12, 1978. In 1985 she was presented the Annual VA Administrators Hands and Hearts Award for her help and emotional support to VA patients over the past year as chosen by a co-worker vote. She was a member of Bacon Heights Baptist Church.

Paulette had a tremendous empathy with people and their concerns which made her a wonderful nurse, friend, and loved one. She helped numerous people both in caring for them and offering them financial assistance. She never hesitated to come to someone’s aid when they needed her. She loved to read, loved nature and her two little dogs, Tefa and Hopi. She had a marvelous sense of humor which delighted all who knew her. She will leave a void in those lives whom she touched.

She is survived by a brother, Don Mise of Lewisville; two nieces, Donna Bray of Dallas and Lindsey Omohundro of Gilbert, Arizona; and a nephew, Darren Mise of Lucas, Texas. She is also survived by grand nieces and nephews Haley Mise, Hannah Mise, Cash Ward, Nicholas Bray, Sean Bray and numerous cousins and one uncle, Harvey Bolin of Denair, California.

Her great love, her husband, Harry Feldman preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death was her wonderful friend and companion Jay Sanders.

The family suggests memorials be made to a favorite charity.
