John Harvey Warner was born 20 August 1818 (baptised 4 Oct. 1818) in Osnabruck Township, Stormont County, Upper Canada (Ontario), son of John Warner b. 1793 and Catherine Fetterly (1792-1870). Harvey died 11 Dec. 1907, and was buried on his farm. His grave was moved to the Pleasant Valley Cemetery (Concession 4-5, Lot 26, Osnabruck Township) possibly when the farm was sold in 1946, and he is buried with his wife Julia Ann Hartell, first wife Elizabeth Ann Boyd, and many family members.

Property - farming the North one-half of the East one-half of Lot 16, Concession 3 Osnabruck, purchased by John Warner from John Ruport (A Crown Grant) in 1819. Property later sold by Ezra Warner (youngest son) to Ace Beckstead in 1946.

Harvey Warner married Elizabeth Ann Boyd (b. 1819-20 New York - d. 1855 Osnabruck Twp.), and their children are as follows:
