Regina Sue Collins, age 54, of Guthrie, Oklahoma passed away April 21, 2015 in Guthrie. Regina was born on August 4, 1961 in Stillwater OK to Walter and Mary (Thomason) Collins.
Regina lived in Guthrie most of her life, she loved horses, horseback riding and enjoyed board games.
Survivors include her sister Cheryl Collins of Lindsey, several nieces and nephews, 2 aunts and 1 uncle. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Matthew Collins in 2012 and her brother Josh Collins in 2013.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Hayes Funeral Home Chapel. The inurnment of ashes will be at Summit View Cemetery following the service.
