Mr. Melton Passed Away On Sunday, May 24, 2015, At The Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Melton Was Retired From State Of Tennessee Department Of Transportation.
He Was A United States Army Veteran Serving During The Korean War, Master Gardener, And Attended Crossroads Freewill Baptist Church.
He Was Survived By His Wife, Delva Clark Melton Of Monterey, TN; 2 Daughters, Patty Tayes And Jeff Potter Of Monterey, TN, Pam Sullins Of Cookeville, TN; 1 Son And Daughter-In-Law, Laddie And Brenda Wilson Of Gallatin, TN; 7 Grandchildren, Drema (And Tim) Bowman, Kandie Tays, Crystal (And Andy) Stokely, Tony (And Karen) Wilson, Misty (And Mike) Lynch, Lindsey Verble, And Ashley Hull; 9 Great Grandchildren, Kodee Cobble, Tori Bowman, Skyler Bowman, Mason Wilson, Brittany Lynch, Gracie Lynch, Zaydan Morgan, Parker Stokely, And Madison Wilson; 1 Great Great Granchild, Kayden Cobble; 5 Step Children, Marion Clark, Glenn Clark, Shelia Bilbrey, Freda Adkinson, And Sherry Pratt; Sister, Rosezell Wilson Of Monterey, TN; And Special Caregiver, Angela Ramsey.

Serving As Pallbearers Were Mike Lynch, Tim Bowman, Skyler Bowman, Tony Wilson, Andy Stokely, Mason Wilson, Roger Davis, And Donnie Sisco.
