Bill has been a resident of Fort Gibson since 1977. Bill was a retired machinist from Acme Engineering.

He proudly served his country as a medic aide in the Air Force at Elmendorf AFB in Anchorage, AK.

Bill was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Louise; parents, Norman and Jessie; and twin great-grandsons, Benjamin and Judah.

Left to cherish his memories are daughters, Tywilla Railey and husband, Robert, of Fort Gibson, Jessica Davis and husband, Paul, of Wagoner, Dana Cotton of California; grandchildren, J. R. Green and fiancée, Jessica, April King and husband, Corey, Billy Railey, Bonnie Disheroon and husband, Phillip, Sr. Airman Joseph Rhoades, Melanie Yarbrough and husband, Wyatt, Levi Carson, Brittany Carson, Shelby Capps and husband, T.J., Tyler Johnson, Steven Davis, Drew Davis and wife, Lacey; great-grandchildren, Trent, Hollie and Oliver Green, Robert and Maggie King, Levite Kodaseet, Bryan Yarbrough, Gabriel Capps, Kayden and Drae Davis; two sisters, Ravena Stufflebeam and Connie Harrison.

Services will be held at 12:30 P.M. Friday, May 29, 2015 at Calvary Faith Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Matthew Brown and Pastor Don Reed officiating. Pallbearers will be Grandsons.

Burial will be in Fort Gibson National Cemetery under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Fort Gibson.
