Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 6, at Faith Assembly of God Church with Rev. Arlis Thrasher officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 5, at Christeson Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Denning Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Matt Ramsey, Josh Rutledge, Cody Wray, Doug Lee, Mike Scaggs and Allen Chambers. Honorary pallbearers include Charles Magness, Nash James, Steve Cavender, Louis Melton, Tavis Villines, Guy Shaddoxx, III, Dr. Allan Jackson and Dr. Kimberly Chapman. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Jeremy Ramsey Memorial Fund established for his children at Community First Bank, P.O. Box 1700, Harrison, Ark. 72602-1700.
The son of Delvin W. and Connie Marie (Sieg) Ramsey was born July 7, 1977, at Harrison. He was a 1995 graduate of Harrison High School. He worked with his father for Muzzleload Magnum Products. Jeremy loved the outdoors and spent much of his leisure time hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his mother; his grandfathers, Delvin Ramsey and Warren Sieg; and his grandmother, Evelyn Sieg.
He is survived by his wife, Yolande (Shaddoxx) Ramsey of the home; a son, Jaxon Wayne Ramsey; daughters, Alexa Dion Ramsey, Kaitlyn Ramsey and Ashley Ramsey; a brother, Jason Ramsey of Harrison; his father, Del Ramsey of Harrison; his grandmother, Mary Ramsey Boorman of Harrison; his great-grandmother, Mildred Bollinger of Harrison; his mother-in-law, Dianne Shaddoxx of Zambia, Africa; his father-in-law, Guy Shaddoxx, Jr. of Bentonville; and numerous other relatives.
