Mr. Blair was born Tuesday, July 14, 1964 in Madison, Tennessee. He was the son of Francis Blair and the late Ellen Spencer Aspengren. He was a Loving Father, Son, and Brother. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy during the Gulf War Era. In addition to his Father he is survived by:
