ORLANDO, FLA. Rebecca Lynn (Harbold) Ryan, 27, of Orlando, Fla., formerly of Dover, died unexpectedly at 8:41 a.m. Saturday, Novem ber 9, 2002. She was the wife of John J. Ryan of Limerich, Ireland. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Zion Mennonite Church, 1550 East St. Burial will be in Mt. Rose Cemetery. Viewing will be noon to 1 p.m. Friday at the church. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Todd Blymire, an Evangelistic minister. Mrs. Ryan was born Nov. 21, 1974, in York. She was the daughter of Edward E. Harbold of Naples, Fla., and Joan M. (Doyle) Harbold of York. She was a member of Zion Mennonite Church. She was a former member of York Boys Club basketball, Tri-Town cheerleading, Dover, Weigelstown baseball and girl's softball leagues. She played basketball and volleyball in high school. She attended Dover area schools and Spring Grove High School. ‘Rebecca touched the lives of everyone she met, with her heart of gold and will be greatly missed by all who loved her.‘ Mrs. Ryan also is survived by two sisters, Tina M. Harbold of Orlando and Elizabeth A. Scott of York; a maternal grandmother, Catherine Doyle Mansberger of York; aunts, uncles, one niece, nephews and cousins; and father's finance, Sharon Spector and her children. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorial contributions of SPCA, 66 Big Mount Road, Thomasville 17364. Workinger-Semmel F.H. and Crematorium Inc., 849 E. Market St., is in charge of arrangements.
