Betty Lou Musgrave, daughter of the late Henry and Edna Grunner Souders, was born July 30, 1927, in Oak Hill, Missouri and passed away at the Golden Living Center in Bloomfield, Missouri on May 25, 2015, at the age of 87 years, 9 month and 26 days.
She had lived in the Bloomfield, Missouri area all her life and was a member of the Light House Church of Dexter, Missouri. She worked for many years at Purolator before her retirement.
On August 26, 1954, she was married to Clifford D. Musgrave in Union City, Tennessee. He preceded her in death May 7, 2009.
Surviving are one son, Mike Musgrave of Bloomfield, Missouri; two daughters, Sharon Kay Scism of Dexter, Missouri and Karen Sue Rasor of Dexter, Missouri; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one brother, Billy Souders of St. Louis, Missouri; and one sister, Shirley Christopher of California. Other relatives and many friends also survive. She was preceded in death by five brothers and one sister.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 27, 2015, after 11:00 a.m. at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with Rev. Tim Russell of Dexter officiating. Interment will be in the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.
