He married Hon. Daisy Yoskyl Consuelo Pearson, daughter of Weetman Harold Miller Pearson, 2nd Viscount Cowdray and Agnes Beryl Spencer-Churchill, on 20 January 1932.3 He died in July 1942 at age 38 at Libya, killed in action
