Edgar Munson, 88, Ill Long Time, Dies
Edgar Munson, 88, of 145 Wood av. died yesterday in Syracuse General Hospital after a long illness. He was a native of Oneonta, and had resided in Syracuse the last 33 years. Previous to his retirement in 1930 he had owned and operated his own real estate business. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Cora C. Munson; three sons, Gerald, Harold and L. B. Munson, M. M. 1/c, U. S. N. R.; two daughters, Miss Vivian Munson and Mrs. Howard K. Church; and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted from the John G. Butler and Son Funeral Home Tuesday at 1 P.M., the Rev. Dr. H. H. Downey officiating. Burial will take place in New Haven Cemetery, New Haven.
