May 24, 2015 Vicki L. Thacker Russell, age 55 of Pinson, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2015. She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Thacker. She is survived by her daughter, Jackie Jeter (Andrew); grandson, Damian Jeter; father, B.W. Thacker; brother, Terry Thacker (Susan); aunt, Carolyn McCarty, and several nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Walker Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Ladon Bracken officiating. Interment will follow at Walker Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1-2 p.m. Arrangements are by Walker Chapel Funeral Home, 205-849-5000, Fultondale. -
