She loved her family and was a loving wife and mother. Mrs. Stephens was a homemaker most of her life and a devout Christian.

Stephens of Portales, NM; grandson: Ethan Daniel Sheldon of Simpsonville, SC; parents: Henry E. Rabun, Sr. and Edith N. Rabun of Augusta, GA; mother-in-law: Geneva A. Stephens of Augusta; her sisters: Lynda R. Grigg (Richard), and Jan R. Duncan (Wendell); brother: Henry E. Rabun, Jr. (Julie) and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents: W. Robert Rabun, Sr. and Era Turner Rabun; her maternal grandmother: Louise Grubbs; and her father-in-law: J.W. Stephens.
A funeral service was Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel at Thomas Poteet & Son with Dr. Frank Page officiating. Interment followed in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
