Mrs. Marie Bertha Pomerleau, 50, of 113 Bates St., Lewiston, died Saturday Night at St. Mary's General Hospital, after one day of hospitalization.
She was born at Jackman on March 9, 1904, the daughter of Amedee and Clementine Doyon Rancourt. A resident of this community the past 13 years. She was a member of SS Peter and Paul Church and Stella Marie Circle , Daughters Of Isabella.
Surviving are her husband, Alfred J. Pomerleau, Lewiston. Two sons Roland and Patrick, both of Lewiston; Three brothers, Barney Rancourt, Willand, Ontario. Leo Rancourt St. George, Que. and Louis Rancourt, Lewiston; Five grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services wil be held Tuesday at 9 a.m. at SS Peter and Paul church. Remains are in repose at the Pinette Funeral Home, 87 Bartlett St., Lewiston. Burial to take place at St. Anthony's Cemetery, Jackman, Me.
