Billy Ray Quinn, Sr., 66, of 211 Sunset Circle passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2015. He was the husband of the late Nora Gail Quinn and the son of the late John Donald Quinn and Nellie Watson Quinn. He was of the Baptist Faith and had worked at Duke Power Company for many years.
Survivors include his three sons, Billy Ray Quinn, Jr., Shannon Ray Quinn, and John Herbert Quinn all of Spartanburg; seven sisters, Mary Humphries, Glenda Gilbert and Geraldine Wright all of Wellford, Dot King of Greenville, Shirley Wilson of Greer, Betty Sanders and Patricia Scott both of Startex; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a sister, Eileen Knighton; and two brothers, Charlie Quinn and John Donald Quinn, Jr.
Graveside services will be 4:00 PM Wednesday at Wood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2-3:30 prior to the service at the Stribling Funeral Home.
