Heath, Dennis Lee, 40, resident of Wilton Manors, FL, originally from St. Stephens Church, VA, died on Thursday, July 23, 2009, in Seattle, WA, at the University of Washington Medical Center. He is survived by his forever devoted life partner Max Cialoni and Max's loving mother Mrs. Iole Galiano Cialoni; his parents Mr. Dennis and Mrs. Marie Heath; his siblings Kay and Benjamin; sister-in-law Jennifer; nieces Ellen and Ashleigh; nephews Jack and Kevin; and many cousins, aunts, uncles; and also by longtime loyal friends Kathie, Kenny, Jeff, Michelle and Ronni. Dennis Lee attended Longwood University, VA, where he received a Bachelor of Science, and later attended Broward Community College, FL, where he received his R.N. degree. As a R.N., he worked at the Broward General Medical Center, 4 Atrium Telemetry Floor, with many great co-workers and peers, who he remembered dearly until the very end. He was always very grateful to all people who provided TLC care to him during his long battle for life. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2009, at 11.00 am, at the BGMC Chapel.
